Recently acquired by one of studio^RISE’s clients, this historic Mid-Century Modern building was once home to a school run by the Archdiocese of New Orleans. We were engaged to design an multifamily adaptive reuse within the confines of the existing building with respect to its historic nature. While in the earlier stages of schematic design, the project is sure to revitalize a long vacant corner in the Marigny Neighborhood.
