Originally built as shoe warehouse after an 1908 fire that damaged or destroyed many of the buildings in the French Quarter, this building has stood vacant since the mid-1990s. The existing 4 story building was planned to be a nightclub, which included a partial mezzanine, before the conversion stalled. ^RISE was selected to design the space as nine condominium, which included extending the mezzanine to create two lofted first floor units. The upper floors are laid out with the units stacking for the most efficient construction.

Final design and finished images to come.
