studio^RISE was approached by a client to inspect and create a plan to fix an existing French Quarter historical structure. Our team documented the building in detail and devised repairs in line with the Vieux Carré Commission’s rules. We are currently working together with our client to create a water tight skin to this historic building and preserve it’s outward appearance while maintaining the apartments and restaurants below.
