The former home of the Ozanam Inn, this historic 45,000sf building is planned to be a 45 key boutique hotel. In order to achieve the room count a new 4th level is intended to be within the existing building envelope. The first floor will feature a hotel bar made in reference to the building’s history as a dance hall with a framed “stage” area. A new pool and outdoor amenity area with a second bar is slated to serve hotel guests as well as the public visiting the pool.
