Le Ponce, located along the Esplanade Ridge, is a small but mighty coffee and French Pastry Shop. studio^RISE was approached by the Cafe Degas ownership team to work on creating a coffee and pastry shop that invoked the history of the space and create a French Casual experience. Designed and managed to allow the Residential unit above to remain inhabited, the team also worked on short timeline to get from initial conception to permitting and through construction.
