Bywater Camelback Addition

Our client came to us wanting to expand their current home for future growth. The existing historic home accommodates minimal office and bedroom space. The clients expressed a desire to maintain their backyard and the historic footprint while adding a primary suite and additional bedrooms. Our team proposed creating a typical New Orleans style camelback addition to accommodate their needs and stay true to the neighborhood fabric. We worked in conjunction with the Historic District Landmarks Commission by creating a series of architectural renderings to show the extent of the renovations and get approval. The project received Conceptual Approval and is moving forward.
